Position: Sales Exective

Job Type: Full Time - On Site

Job Location: North Nazimabad, Karach

Job Timings: 10 AM - 07 PM

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Address customer queries and provide solutions to their problems
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales performance
  • Educate customers on product benefits and features
  • Prepare and deliver pitches to potential customers to secure sales
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
  • Provide feedback from customers to help improve products and services
  • Manage sales pipeline and forecast future sales
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree 3+ years in sales industry.
  • Experience in full sales cycle specially closing of leads.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • CRM experience is preferred.

Position: Content Writer

Job Type: Full Time - On Site

Job Location: North Nazimabad, Karachi

Job Timings: 09 AM - 06 PM

Responsibilities:
  • Create content for the website and social platforms, improve branding and brand recognition through content.
  • Work closely with marketing team members.
  • Optimize content using SEO best practices.
  • Proofread and edit marketing material.
  • Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone).
  • Identify research's’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3 year+
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in English, Communications or Media Sciences.
  • Excellent command of English is a MUST.
  • The ability to conduct thorough research.
  • Ability to follow work processes and instructions.
  • Basic SEO understanding (LSI keywords, content relevance, readability index).
  • Understanding of H1, H2, and H3 placements.
  • Excellent proofreading and fact-checking skills.
  • Well-versed with tools such as Grammarly, Turnitin, WordPress, SEO tools, and Google Analytics.
  • Working closely with the company’s marketing team to devise innovative and practical content marketing strategies.

Position: Key Account Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve assigned sales targets for your portfolio of corporate clients
  • Craft compelling proposals and presentations that showcase how our solutions can address their specific needs.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with key decision-makers.
  • Manage all aspects of client communication, ensuring clear and consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Oversee successful onboarding and implementation of each client.
  • Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account growth and revenue.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Gather regular client feedback and collaborate with internal teams (product, implementation, customer success) to ensure continuous improvement of our offerings.
